Our Current Incentives Make Us #1 In The Trucking Industry.
Our average 2019 f/t driver earned $82,246
28.9% of our 2019 f/t drivers earned more than $90,000.
We pay commission.
Don’t wait to work into Overtime to get premium pay. Earn highest rates on first loads you deliver.
Holiday pay, bereavement pay rates at your individual earned rate of pay.
No restriction on the amount of time you would like to work
How does the commission compensation work? The driver receives a set percentage of the line haul charges paid by the customer, plus compensation for any non-chargeable time, such as a broken-down vehicle. As rates from customers increase, so does the drivers pay.
Why do we pay commission? Because it aligns the interests of our customer, the company and the driver. We all want the job done as efficiently as possible, and when we do our jobs well, we get paid more, and we all win.
Is commission pay for everyone? No, there are those that don’t have the self-motivation and prefer other methods of compensation, like hourly, and that’s ok. The driver that excels for us, is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive for being better and to work as a team to iron our inefficiencies.
